Refund policy

 

We hope you love your OYE CULTXRE purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note the following:

• Initiation: You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return, Returns form inside package must be filled out when sending back to us, if not we don't know where it has come from therefore we can't issue a refund without. 
• Return Shipment Deadline: All items must be shipped back within 7 days of notifying us.
• Return Shipping Costs: As a small brand, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. You will be responsible for returning the item to us.
• Proof of Delivery: We recommend obtaining proof of return delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
• Return Form: Please fill out the return form included in your order so we know it’s from you.

• Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received, including:
  • Original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc.)
  • All tags attached
  • Hygiene seals intact (if applicable)
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a refund or replacement accordingly.
  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
